Bacon and mozzarella wrap

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 mozzarella wrap(s)
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • some Crema di Balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the bacon over high heat until dark brown and crispy. Cut the tomato into about 4 slices. Fill the mozzarella wrap with arugula, tomatoes, and bacon. Spread some balsamic vinegar over the wrap filling and roll up the wrap. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar on the wrap for decoration. Done!
