  • 1 kg apples, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 400 g dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, combine the apples, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl. Then, transfer the entire contents of the peel to a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat until soft but not completely smooth. The apple dessert should now be served warm. A little vanilla sauce makes it even more savory.
