Mini donut pizzas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Pizza seasoning
  • tomato sauce
  • Topping of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Turn on the donut maker and brush each hole with a little margarine or oil. When the donut maker is ready, fill each hole with the dough. After about 5 minutes, remove the donuts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season the tomato sauce with pizza seasoning. Spread the tomato sauce on the donuts and then top with your desired pizza topping. Place the donuts in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is nicely melted.
