Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150g spaghetti
- 3 spring onions
- 1 carrot(s)
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- a little chili powder
- Ginger
- coriander
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the noodles while slicing the carrot and spring onions. Sauté the sliced carrot and spring onions. Stir in the spaghetti, chili, ginger, and coriander, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
