Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 spring onions
- 1 can of corn or Mexican vegetable platter
- ½ bunch parsley
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 ml tomato juice or pureed tomatoes, diluted
- 1 pack of dumplings (mini dumplings)
- salt and pepper
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Drain the corn well. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice and corn and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the mini dumplings in hot water for 7 minutes and add to the minced meat pan. Garnish with parsley.
