Mayonnaise Made Quickly

The perfect mayonnaise made quickly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 Milliliters Neutral cooking oil
  • 1 fresh Egg (whole)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon. Mustard (Diyon) hot
  • 1 toe Freshly chopped garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 small splash White vinegar
  1. Put the oil in a tall blender jar, add all the ingredients and now the magic wand comes into action. A stick mixer does it too. The only important thing is that it must remain switched on for a few seconds at the bottom of the Mix beaker. Then you slowly pull the stick up and what a wonder it becomes a wonderful mayo. If you want, you can add a pinch of turmeric and it will get a great color.
  2. This mayo was meant for my potato salad, I put the rest in a snap glass and put it in the fridge. There it can be kept for a good week. You can also add herbs or the like, there are no limits to your imagination.
