Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 1 piece(s) cucumber(s), approx. 70 g
  • 100 ml fruit juice, e.g. orange or multivitamin juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the carrots. Peel and slice the cucumber. Organic vegetables don’t need to be peeled. Place the vegetables and fruit juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
