Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 turkey schnitzels (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 150 g mushrooms, frozen
  • Salt
  • Fondor
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp basil, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the turkey cutlets into strips. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the turkey cutlets. Add the diced onion and fry briefly. Pour in the canned tomatoes, add the cream, and bring to a boil. Now add the mushrooms and peas. Season with salt, Fondor, oregano, thyme, and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Season to taste and serve with pasta or rice and a crisp salad.
