- 100 g ground almonds
- 280 g flour
- 70 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 packs of vanilla sugar
- 50 g powdered sugar

Mix together the almonds and vanilla sugar. Form the dough into rolls about 3 cm thick and fold inward at both ends. Finally, roll in powdered sugar and bake at 150-180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. It’s best to stay there to prevent the vanilla crescents from burning.
