- 150 g cooked ham
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Sauce: Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with tomato paste, add a little water, and season with salt, sugar, and herbs. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the ham on top, then the sauce, then sprinkle with cheese. Roll the dough up long-handled and brush with egg yolk. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
