  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ¼ small cucumber(s)
  • 2 leaves of kohlrabi (kohlrabi greens)
  • 0.3 liters of apple juice
  • 0.1 liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With kohlrabi greens and apple juice

Peel and finely chop the avocado and cucumber. Place them in a blender with the kohlrabi greens and blend with apple juice and water.
