Lollo Rosso with Mango

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of Lollo Rosso
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Roast the almond slivers in a dry, uncoated pan. Peel and finely chop the mango. Trim and wash the Lollo Rosso cheese. Mix the ingredients together to make the dressing and season to taste. Arrange the salad with the mango on plates or in salad bowls. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the almond slivers.
