Smoothie with cucumber, spinach and beetroot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) cucumber(s) .approx. 5 cm
  • 1 handful of spinach, fresh
  • 1 ball of beetroot, pre-cooked, small
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumber, wash and finely tear the spinach. Chop the beetroot. Peel and chop the banana. Puree the cucumber, spinach, beetroot, and banana with lemon juice (preferably fresh), milk, and water.
