Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 cucumber(s) (country cucumbers)
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 5 dates
  • 3 red chili, sliced
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Quarter and slice the cucumbers. Slice the chili, finely chop the dates and mint. Crush the garlic, then mix all ingredients. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
