Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g Bratwurst – Minced
  • 250 g cooked ham, cut into cubes
  • 250 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • 250 g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 4 onions, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 4-6 people – great for family celebrations etc.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the eggs. Add seasoning to taste. Grease a loaf pan well and pour in the batter. Press down firmly. Then bake in the oven at 220-240°C until the roast has taken on a nice brown color (approx. 45-60 minutes, depending on the type of oven). A variety of salads are recommended as a side dish.
