Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. mustard
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

for a buffet or picnic, makes about 45 meatballs

Thoroughly mix the ground meat with the onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, and mustard. Season to taste with paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper. With wet hands, form small balls and flatten them slightly. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fry the meatballs in a pan with hot oil over medium heat until crispy brown on both sides. Enjoy hot or cold. Makes approximately 45 meatballs.
