Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of bell pepper(s), colored
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 radishes
  • Salt sticks
  • Pretzel(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the cucumbers if desired and slice them into thicker slices. Arrange them in a snake-like pattern on a large serving platter. Now wash and slice the remaining vegetables (into sticks). Arrange them around the cucumber snake. Serve with pretzels and saltines. Serve with any dip.
