Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 slices of toast
- ½ banana(s)
- 3 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 3 slices of cheese (Chester or Butterkäse)
- margarine
Instructions

Lightly spread the toast slices with margarine. Top each with a slice of cooked ham. Arrange 9 thin slices of banana on each slice and garnish with a slice of cheese of your choice (Chester for a savory flavor, Butterkäse for a milder flavor). Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is well melted. Don’t let the toast get too brown, or it will become hard.
