Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 60 g Tilsiter, finely diced
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 100 g flour
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt, little
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then cream the butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Stir in the cheese, milk, salt, and flour-baking powder mixture. Fold in the beaten egg whites and bake immediately. This quantity makes approximately 7-8 waffle rings.
