Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g shrimp(s), Arctic
- 50 g leaf spinach
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (tomato and chili)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, sauté the roughly chopped onion and finely chopped garlic in a pan until translucent. Now add the shrimp and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in the leaf spinach and cream cheese. Season to taste and let simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Now whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Heat a little oil in a nonstick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture, spreading it evenly. Once the mixture has thickened, spread the shrimp and spinach mixture from the other pan onto one half of the omelet and fold the other half over it. Slide the finished omelet onto a plate and serve with a mixed salad.
