Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the sausage and onion, sauté in oil. Peel the tomato, chop it into small pieces, and stir it in. Season the contents of the pan with salt and pepper. Butter 4 slices of toast and arrange the sausage on top. Top each with a slice of cheese. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes. Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard and spread it on the toast.
