Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup soy milk (soy drink) (soy-rice milk)
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- little salt
- 4 tbsp, leveled oat flakes, depending on desired thickness
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for lactose intolerance
Combine water, soy milk, sugar, salt, and oat flakes in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for about 1 minute while stirring. Then remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for about 10 minutes. Tip: Add a mashed banana to reduce the amount of sugar needed. I also like to add crushed cornflakes to the porridge.
