Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 300 ml water
- 8 tbsp tiger nut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 300 g strawberries or other berries of your choice, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Paleo, vegan
Mash the bananas and mix well with the other ingredients. Bring to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until a puree forms. Sort and wash the berries, and serve them on top of the porridge. The porridge can be enjoyed hot or cold. We love it cold with fresh fruit.
