Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, dark
- 125 g jam, black cherry
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp, sautéed poppy seeds
- 80 g sugar
- 200 ml cream
- some cinnamon powder
- possibly cherry liqueur

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Christmassy
Surround a dark cake base with a cake border. Then spread jam on top. Whisk low-fat quark with stiffly whipped cream, sugar, and poppy seeds. Spread the cream evenly over the cake base. Chill for 2 hours. Then sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Tip 1: Cut out stars, cover the cake with them, and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Tip 2: Before spreading the jam, pierce the cake base several times with a fork and drizzle with a little cherry liqueur.
