Baked Apple Crumble

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 g almond sticks
  • 100 g marzipan
  • 150 g flour
  • 90 g butter
  • 80 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix the cinnamon and almond slivers with the apples. Transfer the mixture to ovenproof bowls. Divide the marzipan into equal pieces and scatter each over the apple mixture. Combine the flour, butter, and sugar in a food processor until crumbly. Pour the batter over the apple mixture. Bake the crumble in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
