Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 jar pesto, e.g. B. Genovese or Rosso
  • 1 package of puff pastry, for rolling out
  • 1 package cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Delicious party food with plenty of creative scope

Preheat the oven. Cook the pasta, then toss with the pesto and half of the cheese. Cut about a third of the pasta mixture into each side of the puff pastry and spread the pasta mixture down the middle. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the pasta, fold it in alternate layers, and bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. Which pesto you use is a matter of taste. We usually mix Genovese and Rosso. You can also use pizza or pretzel dough.
