Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g carrot(s), peeled and weighed
- 1 lime(s)
- 2 cm ginger (12 – 15 g)
- 50 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- salt and pepper

Grate the carrots and finely grate the ginger, or process both in a food processor. Juice the lime, reserving the pulp. In a bowl, combine all ingredients with the almond milk and season with salt and pepper.
