Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g kale
- 500 g gnocchi
- 50 g hard cheese, Italian, grated
- 75 g pepper
- some lime juice
- pine nuts
- 2 small onions, red
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the kale and then blanch it (place it in boiling salted water for a few minutes, then place it in ice water). Then trim the leaves from the stem and chop them. Toast the pine nuts. Sauté the gnocchi in a pan, then add the onions, garlic, and chili peppers one after the other, followed by the kale. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and a little lime juice. Finally, serve the kale pan and sprinkle with pine nuts and grated hard cheese.
