Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 large celery
- 3 carrots
- 3 roots of parsley
- 1 jar cucumber(s), sour
- 150g salami
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 onions
- 1 can peas (or frozen)
- 1 tube(s) mayonnaise, large
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Boil, peel, and finely slice the potatoes. Peel and boil the root vegetables, then finely dice them with the cucumbers, eggs, and onions. Add them to the potatoes. Stir in the sliced salami. Mix everything with peas, salt, and mayonnaise (diluted with sour cream) and refrigerate.
