Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup potatoes, diced, cooked
  • 1 cup ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup eggs, boiled, diced
  • 1 cup apples, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup cucumber(s), peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion(s), diced
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

or also called 7-day salad

The amount can be varied depending on the size of your cup or mug. For a larger barbecue, I recommend using a coffee mug as the measuring cup. Mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. The salad tastes very fresh and goes well with grilled meat.
