Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g tuna (from the can)
  • 2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp spice mix for soup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅛ liter whipped cream
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • 250 g pasta (cooked spaghetti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the canned tuna, shred it, and mix it with the anchovy paste, mustard, stock cubes, butter, eggs, and heavy cream. Season with nutmeg, salt, paprika, and oregano, and mix well. Place the spaghetti cooked in salted water into a greased baking dish, pour the tuna mixture over it, and cook in the oven at approximately 220 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes, then let it rest for about 5 minutes.
