Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 600 g meat of your choice, shredded
  • n. B. Oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 1 ½ dl broth
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 2 dl cream
  • 150 g grapes, halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

A cream sauce can be so easy!

Mix 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the minced meat. Brown in oil until hot, then remove from the pan. Sauté onions and marjoram in the same pan. Add the white wine, stock, the remaining cinnamon, and a little pepper. Reduce the liquid by half. Stir the cornstarch into the cream, add, and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Add the halved grapes and the meat and reheat. Serve with rice.
