Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g beef
  • 500 g pork
  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 bottles of Hungarian-style paprika sauce or shashlik sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Dice the meat, cut the onions and peppers into small pieces/strips. Mix everything together with the ground meat in a roasting pan or similar. Pour on the cream and sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 2 hours, and you’re done!
