Carrot and potato stew with Lyoner

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp, heaped vegetable stock powder, instant, organic
  • pepper
  • Maggi
  • 150 g dried meat
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 ring/s Lyoner

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and wash the carrots and potatoes, and cut them into large cubes. Cook them in a covered pot with water and vegetable stock. Drain any remaining water. Sauté the onions and dried beef in a pan and add them to the carrots and potatoes. Add the mustard and cream and season. Let the Lyoner sausage soak in water to prevent it from bursting.
