Pasta salad with Daniela's dressing

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 150 g ham sausage
  • 150 g corn, from the can
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 100 g gherkins or gherkins
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 g cucumber water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, let them cool, and then dice them. Thaw the peas and drain the corn through a sieve. Peel and finely dice the sausage. Finely dice the cucumbers. For the dressing, mix the mayo, yogurt, and cucumber juice well and season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let them sit in the refrigerator. This will yield approximately 1.5 kg of pasta salad.
