Wild rice with vegetables and steak strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s), orange
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g beef steak(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 70 g wild rice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Sea salt with curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the bell peppers. Slice the onion into small rings. Cut the steak into strips and chop the broccoli. Briefly sauté the onions in olive oil in a pan. Add the steak and sear. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the steak strips are seared, remove them from the pan and set aside on a plate. Meanwhile, simmer the rice according to the package instructions. Add the vegetables to the onion and oil broth. Season the vegetables with the sea salt curry. When the vegetables are tender, add the steak strips and heat through. Season with soy sauce to taste. If there is no more broth in the pan, simply add a little water or oil. When the rice is cooked, serve it with the vegetables on a plate. Add the cream cheese. This recipe is not a meal for feasting. It is aimed more at athletes or people who want to eat a healthy and balanced diet. The quantity is intended for two servings. Each serving contains approximately 625 kcal.
