Salmon fillet with sweet and sour marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 salmon fillets (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very simple and super delicious

Thaw the salmon fillets. Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, and maple syrup in a freezer bag. Then place the thawed salmon fillets in the bag and let them sit for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) (preheat the baking sheet as well). Then cook the marinated salmon fillets in the oven for 10 minutes. A tomato and mozzarella salad goes well with this.
