Spicy sausage goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g Vienna sausages
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 140 g corn (can)
  • 200 ml broth
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

cheap, quick, even for children to prepare

Cut the sausages and leeks into thin slices (sauté the leeks briefly if necessary). Drain the corn. Melt the butter and sauté the flour in it. Pour in the broth and cream and simmer for 8 minutes. Season with mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Add the leeks, corn, and sausages and heat through. Serve with fries. Easy to cook and delicious, even for kids.
