Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g pasta (eliche)
- 500 g meat sausage
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 tomatoes, ripe
- 1 class jar of mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Egg(s), hard-boiled, quartered
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
always quickly all, not too mayo-heavy
Cook the pasta until al dente, then cut the sausage and cucumber into roughly 1 cm cubes. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and dice them as well. Mix everything together. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and fold in. Refrigerate and let stand for about 2-3 hours (stirring several times during the process to prevent sticking). Decorating tip: Garnish with quartered eggs and parsley.
