Party – pasta salad with sausage, cucumber and tomatoes

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (eliche)
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 tomatoes, ripe
  • 1 class jar of mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Egg(s), hard-boiled, quartered
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente, then cut the sausage and cucumber into roughly 1 cm cubes. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and dice them as well. Mix everything together. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and fold in. Refrigerate and let stand for about 2-3 hours (stirring several times during the process to prevent sticking). Decorating tip: Garnish with quartered eggs and parsley.
