Salad with buttermilk dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce (e.g. lettuce, endive, iceberg lettuce, lollo etc.)
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim the lettuce and cut or tear into strips. Combine the buttermilk, lemon juice, crème fraîche, and honey. Whisk in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix into the salad as a dressing and serve.
