Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 125 ml water
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Food seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the potatoes in a large pot. Then add the seasoned ground beef, chopped onions, and diced tomatoes. Finely slice the Chinese cabbage and add it as well. Pour in the water. Finally, season with salt and pepper. It only takes 10 minutes to cook in a pressure cooker. Simmer for about 30 minutes in a regular saucepan. Season to taste before serving.
