Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of potato dumplings
- 250 g carrot(s), frozen, sliced
- 500 g broccoli, frozen
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 can of corn
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- e.g. paprika powder
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Sauté the carrots and broccoli in the vegetable broth for about eight minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato dumplings until golden brown. Drain the corn and add it to the vegetables along with the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika and serve with the potato dumplings.
