Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 large carrots
- 1 m.-large kohlrabi
- 5 radishes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 half bell pepper(s)
- 50 g chips (Ringli Chips Paprika)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) salad herbs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash everything and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel and grate the carrots and kohlrabi, preferably using a grater with medium-sized holes. I personally leave the skin on the cucumber. Grate the cucumber, radishes, and bell pepper as well. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Place the chips in a freezer bag and roughly crumble them, then sprinkle them over the salad. Pour over the marinade ingredients and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
