Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey strips
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 chicory
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or Maggi
- n. B. Vegetable stock powder, e.g. Vegeta
- n. B. Sauce thickener
- 1 tbsp butter
- n. B. Spice mix (fried chicken seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, roast chicken seasoning, and soy sauce or Maggi, and fry. While the meat is cooking, slice the spring onions into rings, finely slice the carrots, and cut the chicory into half strips. Add to the meat and fry. Add the vegetable stock and cream, and heat through. Add the sauce thickener and simmer for a bit longer. Season with Vegeta, if desired. Serve with noodles or rice.
