Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small chops, boned
- 2 tbsp thyme
- pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Flatten the boned chops slightly with the heel of your hand and score the edges. Toss the meat slices in thyme and press the herbs firmly into the meat. Season with pepper and sear in a pan with hot oil for 5 minutes on each side. Tip: The boned chops can be used to make meat broth.
