Broccoli, celery, and pea vegetable side dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli, stems only
  • 100 g celery
  • 80 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp beef broth powder
  • 750 ml water
  • e.g. roasted sesame oil
  • n. B. fried onions
  • n. B. Soy sauce, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using leftover broccoli

Cut the celery and broccoli stalks into strips. Place the celery, broccoli, peas, and bouillon powder in a small saucepan. Add the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Then remove the vegetables with a ladle and place them on a plate. Drizzle with sesame oil, drizzle with dark soy sauce, and scatter some fried onions over the top. A great side dish for poultry dishes. This recipe was created to maximize the broccoli’s potting mix!
