Stuffed zucchini for grilling

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large zucchini, yellow (or green)
  • 1 point sheep’s cheese
  • n. B. Sauce (garlic sauce)
  • n. B. Cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and peel the zucchini. Halve lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then halve again widthwise to make four roughly equal-sized pieces. Season each piece inside and out with salt and pepper. Fill with feta cheese, garlic sauce, and grated cheese. Place each piece on a piece of aluminum foil and seal the top. Place directly on a hot grill rack and grill for about half an hour until soft. Tastes great as a side dish to grilled meat, but also as a main course with salad. Tip: You can also use large, boiled potatoes instead of the zucchini.
