Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 7 tbsp curry paste, red
- 500 g coconut milk
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 150 g corn
- 280 g green beans, blanched
- 300 g broccoli
- 80 g cashew nuts
- some basil, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with corn and green beans
Sauté the red curry paste in a wok. Add the coconut milk, soy sauce, corn, broccoli, blanched green beans, and cashews and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt, garnish with basil, and serve.
