Green bean salad with mayonnaise and roasted sesame seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g beans, green
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 100 g mayonnaise, preferably Japanese QP
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Japanese side dish

Clean the green beans and cut each one into lengths of about 4 cm. Boil them in salted water for 5-6 minutes, then immediately rinse and transfer them to a bowl while still dripping wet. While the beans are cooking, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and then grind them finely. Pour the mayonnaise over the beans and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with the wonderfully fragrant, ground sesame seeds.
