Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 portion of lamb’s lettuce, generously sized
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, mild white

Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce and arrange it on a plate. Cook the potatoes until very soft and mash them with about 125 ml of the cooking water and the stock powder. You can also press the potatoes through a potato ricer into the cooking liquid. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb’s lettuce as a sauce. This dish has 3 points.
